"I stopped in looking for a few small..."
I stopped in looking for a few small tools and some trailer parts, it was easy, easy enough to get around. The aisle signs actually made sense, so I wasn’t doing that whole back-and-forth wandering thing forever.
Most of the stuff was right where I figured it would be, and the shelf labels helped a lot too. I ended up finding a couple of the things on my own without having to track anyone down.
It was just a simple, simple trip with no headache, which is really what I want from a store like this. Get in, find the stuff, get out.

I stopped in not totally sure where to find what I needed, and they were so nice and helpful. They pointed me in the right direction right away. What more could you ask for??

"messy store, hard to find stuff"
i stopped in to pick up a few things, but the store felt messy right away. there were random boxes sitting in the aisles, and a bunch of shelves looked half empty or like stuff had just been tossed in the wrong spots.
the staff were fine when I needed help, but I still spent way too much time looking for basic items. princess Auto has some good deals and useful stuff, but this location could really use a better cleanup and some organizing.

"The flyers are actually helpful"
I was surprised, but the flyers are actually useful. The deals are easy to spot, which makes browsing a lot quicker. Definitely worth checking out if you like finding the good stuff without digging around too much
"Relieved everything showed up right"
I got my Princess Auto order and was relieved to see everything was actually in the box. No missing parts, no wrong items, and it arrived around when they said it would. After trying them out, I’m happy overall. The only small thing is I wish the packing had been a bit tidier, but nothing was damaged

Not sure why anyone would make a big deal out of it, but this stop was easy for me. The location is convenient, parking was totally fine, and I was able to get in and out quickly without any hassle.

"Stock info was actually accurate"
I checked princessauto before heading over, and it said the item was in stock at my local store. Went there later that day — and sure enough, it was there. Always nice not to waste a trip. The prices and stock info seemed up to date too — which I really appreciate.

The checkout mostly worked for me, though the page was kind of laggy for a minute. My payment didn’t go through the first time, but then I tried again and it worked, so I guess it was fine. Still felt a bit weird since nothing else seemed wrong.

"Took me way longer than expected to find what I needed"
I was trying to pick up a few basic tools the other day, and the site made it more frustrating than it should’ve been. After about 10 minutes of searching, I was still getting results that felt kind of random and unrelated. I ended up clicking around through different pages just to find simple stuff, which made the whole shopping trip feel clunky.

"Pretty good on mobile, though not totally perfect"
I ordered a few shop things from my phone and it went smoothly overall. The pages loaded fine, and checkout didn’t give me any trouble. I did have to mess around with the search a bit, maybe I was using the wrong words, but it took a couple tries to find what I needed. Still, I got everything ordered without too much hassle.

"Something Feels Off With These Tools"
I’ve bought a few tools from here, it’s been a mixed bag. Some worked fine, but a couple broke way sooner than I expected, which made me wonder if they’re cutting corners on purpose or if the good reviews are hiding something. Maybe I’m overthinking it, but it definitely felt like the quality wasn’t consistent

"A Bit Slow This Time"
Well... the order did arrive in one piece, so that was good, but it definitely took longer than I expected. The tracking didn’t really update much either, which was a little frustrating. Not a terrible experience overall, just kind of slow this time.

"Pretty limited selection"
I walked in thinking, okay, I’ll just grab what I need and be done, but the selection was thin. I kept looking around like, am I missing an aisle or something? Couldn’t find about half the stuff on my list, so it ended up being a bit frustrating.

I used to love checking this place for good finds, but lately it feels like the prices have gone wildly off course. Some things are still decent, but for the quality you’re getting, the value just isn’t there anymore. It’s a bit tragic because it used to feel like a little treasure hunt, and now it’s more like paying too much for something that’s just okay

"Pickup order took way too long"
I placed an in-store pickup order because I figured it would save time, but it ended up being the opposite. I was already charged, but there was no update or clear info when I got there, and the employees didn’t seem to know where my order was. I stood around waiting while they kept checking the back. if I still have to wait that long, ordering ahead doesn’t really feel worth it...

"Easy rewards that actually show up"
I signed up for the loyalty program and was surprised how quickly the points showed up. Compared to a lot of other rewards programs that make you jump through hoops, this one was painless and saved me a few bucks.

"Login works, but support could be quicker"
Most of the time I can log in without any trouble, but every now and then it’s a bit hit or miss. The account settings can also get a little buggy, which is frustrating when I’m trying to update something quickly. I do wish the response time was faster when issues come up.

I tried to return the item and use the warranty, but the whole process ended up being more frustrating than I expected. In the end, my warranty claim was denied, and reading between the lines, it felt like there wasn’t much they were willing to do to help.

Princess Auto is fine overall, and I’ve found some handy stuff there, but the product descriptions can be a bit too vague. I was looking at something the other night while drinking coffee at the kitchen table, and I had to go check sizes and little details on other sites before I felt confident ordering. Nothing terrible, and I’d still shop there, but clearer specs would save people a lot of back-and-forth.

"Packaging used to be better"
The parcel showed up a bit dented and the box was kinda beat up. It wasn’t the end of the world, but I feel like the packaging used to arrive in better shape before.
